I have been in the park model/tiny home industry for nearly twenty years - yes, I was TINY before TINY was cool!!!! Purchase complete set of building plans for your own tiny home build. The plans are complete and include floor plan, frame plan, roof plan, roof frame plan, ALL four side elevation drawings, door and window framing details, electrical plan and plumbing plan.

 

The purchased plans will not be redacted/blurred as the photos are for obvious reasons of course and are all you need to make your tiny home dream a reality. I am available to help you custom design your own Tiny Home plan and provide detailed drawings for it as well.

 

Cost varies based on plan complexity of course, but initial consultation call is free if interested!! Pricing for custom drawn plans will generally range from $289 to $599.

 

Occasionally I am able to locate used Tiny Homes, Park Models, RVs, Office Units, etc... for consignment as well. Let me know what you are in need of and see if we can't help.
